Clare College Conferencing offers flexible residential and day conferencing facilities and an experienced, approachable team who will work with you from your initial enquiry to your event, ensuring your conference meets - or exceeds - your expectations and those of your delegates.
Bookings are now being taken for our exciting new conferencing facilities in The Gillespie Centre which opens for business in February 2009, offering flexible meeting space for up to 150 delegates in a purpose built, highly sustainable building.

85 rooms are en-suite with study/sitting room. An additional 120 rooms are also
available in The Colony.
From 2009 a further 34 executive bedrooms, en-suite and finished to the highest standard, will be available in the new court adjacent to The Gillespie Centre.
ROOM FACILITIES
A sophisticated audio system will provide program sound and speech reinforcement.
DVD recording is possible in the auditorium through two cameras positioned to capture the both presenter and the screen.
Video conference facilities are available on request.
All equipment can be controlled by a user or technician provided by Clare Conferencing.
A lectern with microphone and light which can be positioned either side of the screen.
In addition The Gillespie Centre will have two further meeting rooms on the first floor with similar facilities and a link to the main auditorium so that a presentation can be viewed by a larger audience.
